I had a brief issue with infinite energy with getting my account set up, but I am not particularly upset by this since their customer service seems to be very good in the 2 times that I have had to contact them to get things sorted out.
The 5 star review I am leaving is not because the rates are incredible they do happen to be pretty good though, so I'm okay with the price and the power delivery is fine. Nothing wrong with it and nothing incredible. It is steady electricity doing what a power company should be doing.

He was able to match lower rates from a competing gas company for a month fixed plan.
I would be happy to renew with them again. Sandra in the Dallas office was awesome! I received a high bill with fees I wasn't supposed to get. Without me having to explain my situation, she automatically offered to take the fees away since she could tell quickly they weren't supposed to be there.
